Anthony Raissen’s passion is building brands and creating category leaders. He has been a pioneer in the Direct Response and Retail business for over 30 years. He helps companies plan, manage and sustain their growth, primarily assisting clients with evaluating the market, positioning their products, leveraging their assets and navigating retailer relationships to ensure sell through.
He has a portfolio of nationally successful brands, including his own hugely successful BreathAsure product launched in 1992. He shepherded that product development and marketing company from concept and start-up into a global, multi-million dollar entity.
Today, Raissen’s industry knowledge and key relationships strengthen Ideaology 360’s capabilities from a strategic as well as financial perspective.
Anthony began his first entrepreneurial ventures in South Africa before immigrating to Los Angeles in 1987. Having established himself as a business innovator in both hemispheres, Raissen has lectured before the Entrepreneurial Program at the University of Southern California, among other business and academic audiences.
As Ideaology360’s CFO and COO, Lauren Raissen brings a bottom-line perspective to the company as well as for clients. Leveraging her background as a CPA, she provides strategic advice and planning related to building and growing brands, with an emphasis on assisting clients with their financial and logistical needs.
In her former roles as President and Chief Financial Officer of BreathAsure, Inc. (co-founded with husband Anthony in 1992), Lauren managed all financial, operational and administrative areas of the California-based product development, manufacturing, and marketing company.
Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Lauren developed an early interest in business. She attended the University of South Africa, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Science, and after immigrating to Los Angeles in 1987, became a California certified public accountant. She was employed by Ernst & Young, working with manufacturing and high-tech companies.
Raissen has previously been nominated as a finalist for an Entrepreneur of the Year Award, sponsored by Ernst & Young, Merrill Lynch, and Inc. Magazine. Los Angeles Business Journal also singled her out for her leadership of one of the Top 25 Women-Owned Businesses in Los Angeles.
